2. Cookies – IT data, small text files saved by the websites you visit and stored on the Devices through which you use the Data Controller's Website. The information contained in Cookies is necessary for the proper functioning of the Website, and these files are encrypted to prevent unauthorised access. The information collected in cookies can be read by the Controller and its counterparties (due to technical reasons).
3. Device – an electronic device through which you access the Controller's Website.
4. User – anyone visiting the www.iksoris.com.
5. Website – www.iksoris.com.including subpages.


II USE OF COOKIES
1. The data controller uses cookies via the Website.
2. Cookies are only used within the scope of the User's consent.
3. Cookies record the activity of a User of the Website, recognising the Device, thanks to which the Website is displayed in a manner optimised to the individual preferences of the User.
4. Cookies do not collect any personal data or confidential information from the User's Device.
5. Cookies are encrypted, which prevents them from being made available to unauthorised persons. The Data Controller has access to the information collected by cookies, and in the case of external cookies, also to the providers of external cookies.
6. The solutions used on the Website are safe for the Devices of Users using the Data Controller's Website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to get into the Device of Users.
7. Information collected by means of Cookies is used to ensure proper operation of the Website, to optimise the operation of the Website and to optimise the operation of external IT solutions (in the case of external Cookies), to compile anonymous statistics on the use of the Website, as well as for advertising and social media purposes.


III TYPES OF COOKIES USED
1. Taking into account the criterion of time of use, the Data Controller uses the following types of cookies:
a) Session cookies – these are files that are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the User leaves the Website or the web browser is closed. The information stored is then permanently deleted from the memory of the Device. The mechanism of session cookies does not permit the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device,
b) Persistent cookies – these are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. These type of files remain on the User's Device for the time determined by the file parameters or until they are manually deleted by the User. Ending a browser session or turning off the Device does not result in the deletion of these files from the Device.

2. Taking into account the criterion of the function performed, the Data Controller uses the following types of cookies:
a) Technical/non-necessary cookies – files which are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website, e.g. to ensure that the Website is displayed correctly on various devices. It is possible to change the User's browser settings so as to block the installation of technical/non-essential cookies, but the Website may then not function properly.
b) Analytical cookies – files which make it possible to measure and assess the effectiveness of actions taken by the Data Controller in relation to the User's observed behaviour on the Website. They are used to improve the Website, including: researching statistics on Website traffic and verifying the source of traffic (so-called redirection directions); detecting abuse of Website traffic (e.g. artificial Internet traffic - bots); measuring the effectiveness of actions carried out on behalf of the Data Controller (e.g. in the Google advertising network) on external websites.
c) Social cookies – files generated when links to specific social media are placed on the website. The purpose of installing these files is to enable the User to connect to their social media profiles.

3. Taking into account the criterion of source, the Data Controller uses the following types of cookies:
a) Own cookies – files generated by the Website and placed on it by the Data Controller.
b) External cookies – files originating from third parties. The Data Controller's website uses Cookies from the following external sites:
• Google Analytics (a tool for creating statistics and analysing user behaviour on websites),
• Hotjar (a tool to analyse how Users navigate through websites),
• Facebook (analytical cookies for the chat plug-in on the Data Controller's website),
• YouTube (analytical cookies for videos embedded on the Data Controller's website).


IV MANAGING COOKIES BY THE USER
1. The User may, independently and at any time, change the settings on Cookies in the Internet browser used, limiting or disabling access to Cookies on their Device. If this option is used, the use of the Website will be possible, but functions that by their nature require Cookies will be unavailable. If Cookies are completely blocked, the Website may not function properly.
2. The User may change the settings referred to above in the settings menu of the Internet browser. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way that the browser blocks the automatic handling of Cookies or informs the User each time they are stored on the Device.

4. The user may delete cookies at any time by using such a function in the web browser used.
